Abby Pierrot
Biography
Meet Abby Pierrot, a 21 year old pop artist from Vancouver, BC. With her sultry vocals, haunting melodies, and introspective lyrics, Abby transports listeners into the dark underbelly of adolescence, describing love, loss and the uncertainty of self-discovery. Influenced by artists like Lana Del Rey and Halsey, her music is a captivating blend of both darkness and vulnerability.
Abby’s passion for music began at a young age. When she wasn’t writing poetry, she was teaching herself guitar and piano. Plucking out chords and writing songs reflecting her own experiences and the ever-changing world around her.
Currently, Abby is hard at work on her debut album, “Divine Timing, which promises to showcase her talent and unique sound. Fans can expect a mix of haunting ballads, danceable pop tracks, and lyricism which is at times uncomfortably familiar. She and producer, Jordan Klassen, blend their talents to capture Pierrot’s unique sound on this record, expected Fall of 2023.
Off stage, Abby is a thrift enthusiast with a passion for history. She often spends her free time exploring local thrift stores or browsing the depths of Wikipedia. She also shares her home with four beloved cats, whom she serenades on occasion.
